Direct deposit earners will still need to setup a Checkr Pay account and select direct deposit as your preferred payment method.

Check your email for a message from Checkr Pay. If you don't have it, then visit https://web.checkrpay.com/login and use the same email you recieved this message at. You'll get a link to login and set up your account. You need to complete this BEFORE July 11th, 2024. Otherwise you will have to wait until your first payment for your Visa Business Debit card to be mailed. Mailing takes 7-10 business days.

Don't worry, if you miss the window, you can still use your Checkr Pay card through your phones virtual wallet!

Active earners have received an email from Checkr Pay regarding account activation. Please complete the steps to ensure you have everything you need to receive payments starting July 22nd, 2024. Checkr Pay will mail you a physical card, but you'll also have access to a virtual card on your mobile device! Earners that use direct deposit will be able to select this payment method in their Checkr Pay dashboard.

After July 22nd, 2024, we will no longer issue payments via Rapid! If you miss the early activation window with Checkr Pay, don't worry! You'll be able to activate and use your virtual card until your physical card ships. Physical cards are shipped after the first payment has been issued.

Our current timeline puts this transition as being completed no later than July 22nd, 2024. That's just over a month away! During the next few weeks, we'll be sending out multiple communications to help ease the transition so that you experience no pay disruptions.

Yes, absolutely! One of the benefits of having a Visa debit card is being able to use an ATM and have instant access to cash when you need it.  We'll include these steps in a separate email after our transition date of July 22nd, 2024. You'll need your Checkr Pay account activated and your NurseStat Visa debit card before you can set your PIN for withdrawals.

Checkr Pay's platform will allow you to manage your payment method, be it card or direct deposit, and you can change it as often as needed. This action currently takes place in the NurseStat mobile app, but will stop working 1 week before the transition takes place. Just be sure to setup your direct deposit in your Checkr Pay account prior to July 22nd, 2024.

Don't worry! NurseStat and Checkr Pay has your back. There is only 1 area where you would encounter a fee, and that is when performing an instant transfer from your pay card to your bank account. That's it! There are no fees for activation, reissuing a lost card, withdrawing funds, or switching payment methods. Learn more this here: About fees from Checkr Pay

At this time, our pay schedule will not be changing. The wording from Checkr Pay about Instant Pay just means that when NurseStat sends a payment, it is made available to you immediately after processing if your selected payment method is Pay Card. If you choose to use Direct Deposit, NurseStat will continue to send those payments Tuesday morning. You'll get an email from Checkr Pay about the payment, and those funds will automatically be moved to the bank you have on file.

Our mobile app is being updated! After July 22nd, 2024, you will not be able to switch payment methods in our app. When our update is complete, you'll instead be able to access Checkr Pay directly within the NurseStat app!
