For clinicians

Once a shift is verified as complete, your earnings are released the next day with no fees deducted. You can track every shift’s pay right in the app.
An active license or certification for your role, valid ID, and any required documents for your state. Upload them once and we handle verification.
NurseStat clinicians work as independent 1099 contractors. That means you choose your own shifts and schedule — and you’ll receive a 1099 at year-end.
Yes — as long as your credentials qualify, you can pick up shifts across long-term care, home health, assisted living, and more.

For facilities

When you post a shift, multiple qualified clinicians can request it. You review their credentials, ratings, and distance, then select the one you want — you’re always in control of who works.
Yes. Every clinician’s licenses and certifications are verified before they can request shifts, so each placement stays compliant.
It depends on your market and timing, but many shifts receive qualified requests within the hour thanks to our network of local clinicians.
You receive consolidated invoicing with clear, agreed-upon rates. Your dedicated account team can walk you through the details during onboarding.
